This session of A Poet’s Rhythm will focus on the topic of refugees and exiles by reading and being inspired by the writings of Li-Young Lee and Hala Alyan.

October 21 - December 9, 2018

8 glorious weeks. 5 in-person meetings from 1-3pm (October 21, November 4, November 18, December 2, and December 9) at Savage Arts to read together, generate work inspired by two accomplished writers, and commune with each other. Weekly online supplemental materials to keep momentum and spur discussion. Focused critique from Claudia (at least 3 times) and your fellow participants. A final reading salon to celebrate your creativity and inspire you to continue.
